Our leadership team
Josh Thapa
Josh brings over 20 years of extensive experience and a diverse background in the protective services industry to his role as Managing Director of Infinity Circle Group. His career has spanned multiple nations and disciplines where he has successfully led teams across military operations, close personal protection (CPP), large-scale public events and private sector organisations. With a deep commitment to excellence, Josh upholds the highest standards of professionalism and continues to drive the industry forward through his leadership and vision.
Ash Shrestha
Ash brings over 20 years of customer service expertise, including senior retail and people management roles to her position as Director of Infinity Circle Group. With years of dedicated operational and strategic involvement in the Victorian security industry, she has embedded a culture of quality control, professionalism and exceptional service standards into the company's operations. Her leadership ensures both clients and staff benefit from a focus on reliability, accountability and customer-first values.
Ben Dessaix
Ben has over 17 years of combined experience in the hospitality and security industries, working across environments ranging from large-scale venues to high-profile private events. His background spans multiple areas of protective services, including venue security, close personal protection, government operations and critical infrastructure. As our Operations Manager, Ben applies his multi-disciplinary management expertise and investigate mindset to deliver effective solutions, ensure operational excellence and uphold high standards of safety and service.
